And thus the journey back to freedom and joy begins. I previously served (and am still a partner and board member) as President and CEO for the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I had the unique and fortunate opportunity to work with influential people and organizations who were not satisfied with life and business as usual, and it gave me both a bird's eye view and first hand experience into a laboratory of transformation that few people have had. Those insights and experiences now inform my coaching, the occasional retreats I facilitate, and the podcasting that I do (as host as well as interviewee). During my free time you'll find me running, cycling, hiking, reading, playing with my kids, sometimes cooking, and usually getting gnawed on by my two furry rescue pals, Bodhi and Annie.
